Geoffrey Naab

In 1997, Geoffrey Naab joined John D. LaBelle, Sr. and John D. LaBelle, Jr. to form LaBelle, LaBelle & Naab, P.C. From 1973 to 1996, Geoff practiced primarily civil litigation at a number of firms: Day, Berry & Howard (1973-78); Joseloff & Sudarsky (1978-80); Naab, Beach and Clendaniel, a Travelers staff counsel firm providing representation to Travelers insureds in litigation in state and federal courts in Connecticut (1980-93); and Beach & Naab, a small firm in Manchester (1994-96).

After graduation from Stanford University in 1960, Geoff served as a Naval officer for nine years, mostly aboard submarines, then returned to Stanford Law School. After receiving his J.D. degree in 1972 and before coming to Connecticut, he spent a year as law clerk to the late Judge John Kerrigan in the California Court of Appeals.

Geoff was a member of the Manchester Board of Directors (the town council) for many years and also served a term as Manchester Town Attorney. In addition, he has led and participated in many community endeavors, including the Odyssey Community School, the Manchester Symphony Orchestra & Chorale and the Rotary Club of Manchester.
